Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Fast and easy! I did pound my chicken breasts so that they would all be the same thickness. This made cooking the chicken even quicker.

Bacon and Roquefort Stuffed Burgers
These were good but I hardly tasted the bacon. Next time I will either leave out the bacon or add more.

Veronica's Apple Pancakes
I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect. What a nice change from regular pancakes. I used a Jonathan apple and left the peel on when I grated it. I will make these again!
