About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I like to bake more than cook. My favorite thing to cook is spaghetti with meat sauce. My favorite thing to bake/make are cupcakes decorated with chocolate chocolate chip frosting and M&Ms. Everyone compliments me on them!

No Roll Pie Crust II
I don't understand why everyone thinks this pie crust was "flaky." Personally, mine was a bit dry.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles
These were delicious fresh out of the oven, but they didn't stay soft until the next day. I substituted the maple sugar with 2 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon like someone else suggested. Still tasted delicious.

Lime Sherbet
This recipe is the best (times infiniti). I don't think that I'll ever have a lime sherbet as good as this one. I can't wait to try this recipe with other flavors... I wonder what it would taste like if flavors are mixed. Also, I found the sherbet needed to stay in the freezer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until it is firm and ready to be considered a sherbet.
