I am a mother and wife. I work a blue collar job, third shift. I am also a poet, with my second volume of poetry in the process of production at the moment. nothing fancy...fried chicken, cheesecakes (I make money from mine), apple and peach dumplings, pies, cookies, hot and sour soup...any easy and homey thing. None, really...I chase everyone out of the kitchen when I'm cooking. That's MY domain (LOL) none, again...except to see the happy look on people's faces when they eat what I've cooked. burned an expensive cheesecake once, that was for someone else, and also undercooked my first big dinner for guests...very embarrassing.
