Jalapeno Popper Spread
This was really good even with the modifications I made. I made this with what I had on hand so I reduced serving size down to 8. I used reduced fat cream cheese, shredded parmesan and a little panko crumbs on top. I sprayed the top lightly with Pam cooking spray to crisp up. I put it in the oven at 375 for about 25 min. I served it with tortilla chips and also Ritz crackers. The Ritz were better because it gave it the crispy texture. This was so good that my husband and I finished the whole thing. Yum.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
These were really tasty! You need to watch them carefully on the grill and turn them often. I used Oscar Meyer center cut bacon and only used about 3/4 of a slice on each jalapeno. I put them in the refridgerator for about an hour before putting on the grill. I didn't have any problems with the cheese leaking. I didn't need to use toothpicks and just stretched the bacon and tucked it in. I might try adding some shredded cheese or garlic powder mixed in next time.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was delicious. I halved the recipe and used beef broth in place of the water. I cooked it for 7 hours on high and the meat fell apart and shredded easily. I served it with mashed potatoes
