This was freakin great! OMG! Everything about it was awesome. I made this for my friends for dinner and one guest claimed he couldn't believe he was going back for a second helping of corn. This will be a keeper in my recipe box.

Chinese Pork Chops

This recipe was fast, simple, and tasted awesome. I thought the tea would be strange, but you can't even taste it. It worked wonderfully to make the pork tender. I didn't have any celery so I used red bell pepper. I will make this again. Really Great.

Ranch Dressing II

This was the best dressing ever. The only thing I did different was add 1/2 tsp garlic powder. It was a mistake but it was really great. I won't ever by ranch dressing again!

Carrot Cake III

Great flavor. The only issue I had was it overflowed out of my pan. It seems to be more than 9x13. Don't know what happen but it grew to be huge. Tasted good though!

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

This is so great. I made this for Sunday dinner and the family was amazed. I put the filling inside the chicken as others suggested. Next time I will stuff the chicken with the filling and also spread some on top as well. This recipe rocks! Thanks so much!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This was easy and tasted ok. I am a salt freak so I had to add alot and the garlic powder wasn't enough garlic flavor for me. I did add some extras to this recipe. (shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, red pepper). Overall was easy and good.

Coconut Cake IV

OMG! What a great cake! Did as other suggested and put in two teaspoons of coconut extract. This was the only change I made. It was incredible! Moist and full of flavor. I put coconut cream cheese frosting on top with shredded coconut and it was a winner. Will keep this in my book and definately be a staple for Easter in my house!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Very good. Had friends over and they raved over this one. Served with some horseradish and what a great meal. I also took some extra cabbage and fried it. I served both types of cabbage with the meal and there were no left overs. Excellent!

Honey Walnut Shrimp

Great flavor! Had a little trouble with the rice flour. Didn't coat the shrimp well. It must have been the brand I bought. Overall this was a great recipe. Will make again.

Lobster Pasta

This was fantastic! I used two lobster tails and just cut them up and added them to the sauce. I did not use the cinnamon as to many users said don't. It was awesome. This is a keeper. Thank you so much.

Extra Easy Pumpkin Cookies

Great Cookies! The taste was wonderful, the texture, as said by others, cakey. I used my cookie scoop to make them uniform in size and they were perfect. Will make these again. I take them all to work and everyone said this one was a keeper!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

This was the best pie ever. My friends said a must do forever! I did strain the pumpkin before mixing it for the pie and it came out absolutely perfect. Texture, taste, and appearance were perfect. This is now my all time recipe for pumpkin pie!
