Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
This is so great. I made this for Sunday dinner and the family was amazed. I put the filling inside the chicken as others suggested. Next time I will stuff the chicken with the filling and also spread some on top as well. This recipe rocks! Thanks so much!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This was easy and tasted ok. I am a salt freak so I had to add alot and the garlic powder wasn't enough garlic flavor for me. I did add some extras to this recipe. (shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, red pepper). Overall was easy and good.

Homemade Salami
OMG! This was so great. I only used 1/2 tsp red pepper b/c I didn't want it to spicy. Will make over again. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
