I hate to give such a highly rated recipe a bad review but we did not like this at all. A soupy yucky mess.

This is SO good. My husband kept saying how great it was and he's not one to brag on food, and my 2 1/2 year old son cleaned his plate. That's saying something!!! Instead of the tomatoe sauce I used smooth Ragu spagettie sauce and I used one pound of lean ground beef. Made the whole recipe and put in a 13 x9 Pyrex dish so we could easily have left overs. I will make this again and again. Served with a salad and french bread.

Absolutely delicious!!! Made in a 9X13 pyrex dish and baked 10 minutes longer. Took to dinner at a friends house and everyone had 2 pieces. I think next time I may try it with cherry pie filling and sliced almonds.
