My wife has been disabled for a number of years...forcing me to do virtually all the shopping and cooking. Actually forcing me to find out what i love doing. I am an electrician by trade. Now i wish i had become a cook or better yet,,,a chef things i have not cooked yet...love trying new tastes. though i may lean towards cajun and german. German because i am half german and have not found a resteraunt that can cook german as well as i have prepared. My wife love spend time cooking together jambalaya....i cook it at leat a couple of times a yr....i have developed my own recipe a far eastern yogurt soup i tried yrs ago...never again
