Swedish Apple Pie
Even with extra apples, this was much too sweet. I wish I'd read some of the reviews about reducing the sugar. Other than the sweetness, this was just okay. Sorry, I don't think I'll be making this one again.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Fantastic! I took the advice and suggestions of previous reviewers, as well as making my own modifications. Used a full cup of Earth Balance non-hydrogenated "margarine," instead of doing half shortening. Don't care for the taste of shortening. Second, in place of the 2 eggs, I used 1/4 c. water (add a little more if needed). Third, I doubled the cinnamon sugar mixture, because I ran out. Fourth, I baked the cookies at 350 F, and found that they were perfect at 8 minutes. Absolutely yummy. An added plus: those who can't have any dairy and/or eggs will be able to have some as well. My mum used the exact same recipe I used here, but added the 2 eggs instead of the 1/4 c. water. People couldn't tell the difference between the two! Thanks, Mrs. Siggs. :o)

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
We loved it. The roasted red peppers made the hummus such a pretty color, and added another dimension of flavor. The only thing I did differently was to add in some light olive oil as I was blending in the proccesor. (Made the mixture smoother, and it came together better.) Thanks.
