Bean Soup With Kale

Miso Soup
I love this soup. Delicious. Super easy. Added spinach and used firm tofu. Yum. yum. yum.

Tomato-Topped Sole
Simple. Perfect sole. I used a clove of garlic instead of the garlic salt. Delicious!
