Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
My daughter has been making these for about a year, perfected the technique.... use light cream cheese, it does not melt much and saves a few calories. we don't like them precooked, keep them a little crisp to the bite. Use regular bacon, not thick sliced, a whole slice and try to leave the end on the bottom so it stays wrapped.
Put them on an upper shelf of a hot grill and put a pan under to catch the grease!!! saves using the water bottle to put out fires!
and make more than you think you;ll need - they will disappear!
