Maple Dill Carrots
These are too DIE for! I like to be bad and I double the amount of brown sugar and butter. Fresh dill is a MUST. I just cant imagine the same effect using the dried variety.

Green Beans With Walnuts
These are SOOO good! My new fav way to prepare green beans. I only needed to bake the walnuts for 5 or 6 minutes or they would have burned. I did not have walnut oil and I cannot afford any at this time so I used olive oil and it still came out great!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Very good cookie! The only changes I made, where to swich the amounts of sugar used. So, instead I used 1/3 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. I also added 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Baked 10 min. Any minute longer is too long! Next time I think I'll add dried cranberries!
