Peach Cream Pie I
This is now my husbands new favorite pie! I used a bag of frozen peaches and accidentally used a 1/2 cup of butter than a 1/3 of a cup and it turned out really well. I took the suggestion to cook for 15 minutes on 400 but I put it back to 300 degrees the rest of the time after about 10 minutes of the 400 degree temperature. It set perfectly for me. I might sprinkle the peaches with a little cinnamon next time. There will definatly be a next time!

Butternut Squash Soup II
This recipe was sooo good! My 11 month-old gobbled it up!! I put in a little sour cream at the end like some suggested. I also didn't have any chicken stock on hand, so I put in 4 cups of water with 4 bouillon cubes and added another potato. I cooked it all to pieces and blended it in the blender. I also forgot to add the salt and pepper, but I didn't even notice.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Very very good! I had some extra whole milk to use up and this hit the spot on this nice, fall day!! I have a sweet tooth though and put in a couple extra teaspoons of sugar.
