Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is a FABULOUS cookie! I have made this recipe twice now and have discovered that they are done in the 17 minutes suggested even though they may not appear done. Take them out of the oven even if they look a little under cooked. They will still be crisp along the edges and chewy inside.
