Married for 8 years to the love of my life. We have an awesome 5 year old son. Both boys are my biggest fans in the kitchen...thankfully they are NOT picky! Love making desserts of any kind! I love to experiment creating new crockpot and casserole dishes. Sheppard's Pie and Cannoli's are my favorites to make...not necessarily at the same meal! Everyone looks forward to receiving my annual Pumpkin Rolls for the holidays. I make them every year the weekend before Thanksgiving and we enjoy them through Christmas Day...maybe New Year's if we're lucky! After that it's all over until next year. Creating the Easiest Chicken Tortilla Soup ever! Just kept throwing stuff in the crock pot and it is now a family and extended family favorite...requested often by my in-laws! Oh...many! Of course, I have a husband who eats anything so not much goes to waste...even the tragedies.
