A busy mom who loves baking and truly enjoys every ounce of food I eat and serve! COOKIES, pies and cakes mostly. Also love creating new chicken breast dishes since it's the only meat I eat 99% of the time. Apple pie, cookies and various old-school dishes for the soul. Waiting for my crowning moment still... The first time I baked macaroni and cheese -- it was so bad the dog wouldn't eat it. We tried mixing it with his kibble and he actually separated it out and refused to eat the macaroni. LOL. When it got in his mouth he spit it back out on the side of his bowl.
