Zucchini Alfredo
What a great versatile recipe... I had half a container of cracked pepper cream cheese and added this instead of the block cream cheese... really made the sauce nice and zippy. Definately make this again - so quick too.

Spinach-And-Berries Salad With Non-Fat Curry Dressing
Excellent light salad. I used pumpkin seeds instead of the pecans. Finding the dressing a little tart I added a small dash of olive oil, and I also used whole grain dijon mustard. Yum Yum
