Summer Style Chicken

I was looking for a way to use up some squash and zucchini and found this recipe. I was leary at first. I marinated chicken tenders in italian dressing and then added poultry seasoning, oregano and italian seasoning after I placed into the baking dish. Topped with tomatoes, vegies and onion topped with garlic powder. I placed 5 sliceds of provolone and a handfull of mozz. and baked for 40 minutes. It was delicious. Next time I need to serve with garlic bread. This was easy to prepare and delicious.

Chicken Fried Steak III

Did not cook right. I didn't have any eggs so I substituted mayo and water. The first batch was a disaster. The third batch was just plain breading and tasted good. This was just not worth the bother.

Very good & easy. I cooked the pork in the crock pot for about 5 hours. It was so tender it was falling apart. I will make this again

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was very easy and good. I had 4lb tenderloin...so I doubled the other ingredients. You don't need that much liquid for a 4lb loin. Will make this again.

Like others I used canola oil and added vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. I also sprayed the muffing tins with Pam and sprindled with cinnamon and sugar.

Spicy Flank Steak

I coated the flank steak lighty with olive oil. I used garlic powder and Julio's Seasoning instead of salt. It needed salt. I like that this dry marinade is ready in 20 minutes. Most flank steak recipes using marinade require 8 hrs. or more. I will make this again.a

Parmesan Orange Roughy

This is a good base. However, it needs a little more flavor. Next time, I will onoion powder, garlice powder, cajun anything to punch it up. Will make this again with some adjustments.
