Living in the Texas Hill Country is a wonderful experience. My family hunts alot. We eat an exotic deer called Axis. I have gathered many recipes from this website and substituted venison. I have not had too many failures.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
This is easy and good. I used fresh tomato salsa instead. We don't like fruit. I will make this again. Served with Easy Cajun Grilled Vegies.

Easy Cajun Grilled Veggies
Easy & delicious. If you use a grill pan, be sure it is preheated.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
This was very easy and good. I had 4lb tenderloin...so I doubled the other ingredients. You don't need that much liquid for a 4lb loin. Will make this again.
