Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

The whole family loved this. Only suggestion is to ease up on the salt. This is replacing the traditional green been casserole in our family!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

These look good, an easy recipe to make, and have good consistency, but not as peanut buttery as I was hoping. I'll blame store brand peanut butter. Do refrigerate for a while before scooping out to form better balls.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Terrific recipe. Great flavor, texture and makes both a beautiful muffin and bread. Added some chopped pecans and a little vanilla and pumpkin pie spice (wanted to get rid of it), and I'm locking my doors so my neighbors don't smell it and bang down my doors to get some! Thanks for sharing.

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

I took the advice of others and cut the sugar. Super yummy, super easy. I think I added about 4 cups of sugar to my double batch instead of 6, and it was great. Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Potpie

This was really good, the best I've found so far. I did cut the butter back to 1/2 cup, and it was still good. Also, I only had 1 pie crust, so I poured the whole mixture in to a 9x13 and topped it with the pie crust. Thanks for sharing!

Lemon Meringue Pie III

This got rave reviews from my family. If you prefer a more tart pie, this isn't the one for you, but if you like a smooth lemon taste you'll love it. I'd never made a lemon meringue pie, and I have to admit this turned out beautifully. Thanks for sharing!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I added a bit of vanilla as well, and did half choc. chips and half peanutbutter chips. Good tasting cookies. Cut bake time down to 11 minutes if you don't want crispy cookies. Thanks for sharing!
