Banana Oatmeal Bread
Great consistency, nice looking bread. Good flavor and moist. Bake closer to the 60 minutes than the 50. Thanks for sharing!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
This was really good. I took other's suggestions and rolled in egg and seasoned bread crumbs before. Also a bit of garlic salt is a nice touch. Thanks for sharing!

Sun-dried Tomato, Feta and Pine Nut Salad
I cheated and added store bought croutons and used slivered almonds instead of pine nuts. This was a fabulous salad. Also added a balsamic vinaigrette. Yummy!
