I grew up with my mom cooking everything fresh and from scratch. She kind of had to because in the 80's there weren't any quick & easy, healthy, vegetarian foods. Anyway I grew up loving food especially home made food.
My favorite things to cook
I guess my favorite things to cook are the things that I'm best at. Dutch Pancakes (crepes with cinnamon & sugar). And fried rice with vegetables & tofu.

Bami and kaastangles (I'm sure I spelled that wrong).
My cooking tragedies
Bread the only time I made bread without the supervision of my mom it was very dense and very bland.
