Im a City girl through and through. Ive grown up in Las Vegas my entire life. It is a great place with excellent chefs and many places to learn. I hope to become a pastry chef in the future or make elaborate cakes. I prefer baking over cooking. I love to bake cakes, cookies and any dessert really. I have a big sweet tooth! I love that every christmas morning we bake cinnamon rolls before touching any of the presents. Everytime i smell cinnamon rolls baking, it makes it feel like its christmas all over again. my biggest triumph so far probably has been succesfully baking a moist banana bread cooked all the way through better than my mother. I tried baking a different type of cookie but when it came time to grab the sugar, i some how added flour by mistake so it tasted horrible and had to be tossed out.
