About this Cook
I am a homeschooled, 13-year-old baker living in the Philippines with my 4 younger siblings who will eat anything as long as it’s sweet! Yes, my name is Sunday, but my nickname is Martha Stewart because I'm always either baking or making crafts :D. One of my favorite hobbies is trying new foods. I will try anything! I get all my recipes from this great website!
My favorite things to cook
I make cookies mostly, but I really like to try new things! I also have a secret recipe for brownies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We annually make and decorate sugar cookies on Valentines and Christmas.
My cooking tragedies
I have had many tragedies, because I live in the Philippines which is constantly very humid. Some things that just won't work here are fondant icing, taffy, fudge, and almost any candy or icing.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
Wow! What a neat idea to fill the cupcake with cookie dough! I only had to refrigerate the dough for 1 hour and they were still good. Be sure to only fill the muffin cups only 2/3 full. If you put too much batter, you'll end up with extra cookie dough.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Wow! This icing is great! It holds up very well in the humidity, although, I did add 1 egg white to a doubled recipe. I used it on my brother's birthday cake. It did not melt as most icings do and it didn't harden. Perfect! The cake had so many complements. I will be using this recipe again.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are awesome! I like the texture of them. I used creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy. After making the criss-cross deign, I sprinkled sugar on them.
