Banana Banana Bread
Is it possible for the bread to be too moist? It seemed so to me. Banana bread isn't my favorite, so perhaps I was hoping for a miracle, but I am unlikely to use this recipe again.

Easy Chocolate Tofu Pie
Bleck. I didn't like the texture or the flavor. I couldn't taste the soy, but that wasn't enough to redeem this recipe for me.

Best Tuna Casserole
I threw in some water chestnuts for texture. I liked the added crunch. I also left off the potato chips, as I didn't have any. I think I prefer the water chestnuts to the potato chips, though. Better for you...
