Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup
My husband and I thought this soup was fine although not outstanding. However, it was easy to make and the kids gave it rave reviews. In my book that earns four stars! The only thing I did differently was to take a potato masher to it after adding the cream and evaporated milk and mash about half of the potatoes leaving the rest chunky.

Blue Cheese Dip I
Fabulous! I served this with crackers, baugette slices and veggies on Christmas Eve. Rave reviews, even from my husband who says he doesn't like blue cheese. Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
Even the kids liked this one, and I'll make it again. It has a pretty good depth to it. I took another revewer's advice and used beef broth instead of water with the onion soup. I also cooked some garlic with the onions. Next time I would add more wine, and maybe toss a dried chipotle chili in the pot as well.
