Banana Stuffed French Toast
I didn't have all the ingredients so I skipped the liquor and orange zest, and used vanilla soy milk.
Used another person's idea to dip each side and let sit for a while so bread wouldn't get soggy.
Also I covered the pan to assure the middle of the french toast cooked well and it left the french toast nice and moist. :)
