White Chocolate Fruit Tart
My 10 year old daughter made this but without the canned pineapple and using fresh strawberries, blueberries and nectarines. She glazed it with a mixture of apricot preserves and amaretto brought to a boil and strained. She got rave reviews and was so proud. It was a beautiful desert.

Tunnel of Fudge Cake IV
I have this same recipe from a book "Cakes from Scratch in Half the Time" and it bakes at 400 for 35 minutes (using a shiny pan) It gives a nice tunnel of fudge. I have never used a glaze, just a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Grilled Ginger-Peanut Pork Tenderloin
This is incredibly easy with ingredients I always have on hand. The meat is very tender and juicy. I marinated mine from about 9 am to 6 pm and it was great.
