Banana Muffins II
I make these muffins about twice a month. Sometimes I throw in a handful of mini chocolate chips, some vanilla, or cinnamon. Also makes for a yummy bread. Just have to increase the cooking time (I start at 35 minutes then check it every couple minutes for doneness.)

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This cornbread is very easy to make. Mine came out very moist. I only had a 9" square pan so I reduced the time to 15 minutes (had to keep checking the oven so I didn't burn it.) Will be making this again. Thanks!

Banana Bread V
Very easy to make. I used 3 bananas- not sure of their measurement. The bread came out very moist. Will make again.
