Green Tomato Raspberry Jam
This is pretty good jam, a little on the sweet side but still not bad. The only problem I had was it was so thick it would not spread, but I put it in the microwave for abot 20 seconds and this did the trick.

Green Tomato Cake
This cake is so good!! My husband who does not like green tomatoes loved it.You cannot even tell there are green tomatoes in it. Followed the recipe exactly, and it was awesome. Frosted with cream cheese frosting.

Baked Ziti I
I did not care for this at all. I thought it would be great as it got rave reviews.Maybe i overcooked the pasta because all i got was a soggy mess, without a lot of taste.
