Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
For how simple and easy this recipe is it sure is good! It is very basic but I think the key is dipping the chicken in the garlic and olive oil first then breading it! This chicken is SO JUICY and that has to be why. I have basically been making the same exact thing for years but I always would dip the chicken in egg and milk then bread it. Anyways it is so good and even my VERY picky 2 1/2 year old son loves this chicken! We always top it with a lemon garlic butter sauce and make it once a week!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
This is a very good sauce! I did make some changes though. I cubed my chicken up and then lightly breaded it and cooked in olive oil so there was no need to bake the chicken and sauce. I also doubled the cream cheese and added mushrooms. I won't use angle hair pasta next time it is by far my least favorite pasta, maybe linguine or something else. All in all a very good sauce recipe.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
This was just ok. I think I was expecting to much. It tasted way to tomato flavored, just not exactly what I was hoping for. It was not bad just not 5 stars that is for sure! Won't make again, though it was an easy recipe to make.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
AMAZING! I have made this recipe at least 8 times. My husband, VERY VERY PICKY 2 year old, and I LOVE THIS! The only thing I change is I put the sauce on the top and not the bottom....don't know why they recipe says to put it on the bottom of the pan, kind of odd. Anyways the flavor is so good and it is easy to make as well. Thank you for the recipe

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
AMAZING! I wish I could give more stars! My husband and I LOVE this salmon recipe. I just made it tonight for the first time EXACTLY like the recipe says ( would not change a thing!) except I baked in foil pouches at 375 for about 20 min. We prefer not to grill fish in general. This is so good and we will be making it again....SOON! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
OMG! This is the most amazing pot roast I have EVER TASTED!!! It was my first time I ever made pot roast, I did change a few things. I first seared the meat before I put it in the slow cooker in very hot oil and garlic and put salt and pepper on each side of the meat. After I seared the meat I added it to the soup mixture, I also added the oil that I seared the meat in to the mixture! I used roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup as well, and added new potatoes, onion, and carrots to the pot roast. But this recipes is a must! you have to try it, I WILL be making this again, my husband and 2 year old loved it! Thank you for this wonderful recipe!

These were excellent meatballs very greek the only thing I changed was I used kalimata olives instead of green olives. We served the meatballs with a greek salad, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce.
