The BEST New York Cheesecake I have ever made!! So simple, and easy to make. I loved the idea of the foiled lined 9 by 13. Worked perfectly! Followed the directions exactly, no complaints! Several people have asked for the recipe. I have also tried it with graham cracker crust, equally delicious.

Wonderful! Dijon mustard? who would've thought, but it really made the chicken salad delicious. It didn't taste "mustard-y". But it did add a mellow zing to it. Just what I was looking for. thank you for sharing~

this is a great chocolate shortbread cookie recipe. The taste is very chocolatey and is exactly what a shortbread cookie should taste like. If you are looking for real shortbread cookie recipe- this is a good one to try. Keeping in mind that shortbread cookies are not supposed to be chewy or intense in flavor. This cookie turns out firm, yet soft and has a great chocolate taste without being overly sweet. One thing to try is melting white chocolate chips to drizzle over the cookies- It makes them look very pretty. And don't overcook them- 7-8mins. is ideal depending on how big a cut out you use, they will continue cooking on the cookie sheet as they cool. thank you for a great recipe.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't make it for Christmas, so I didn't shape it like Candy Canes, just braided it on a cookie sheet. This recipe makes 2 loaves. It is wonderful. I served it for a bible study and everyone thought I purchased it from the bakery. I did heat up my cherry jam before drizzling over the top with a spoon.( I only needed about 6 oz. of jam) I also made simple white icing out of powdered sugar and milk to drizzle over the top of that. It was a very pretty presentation. The only suggestion I have is to let it cool completely before serving. I served mine warm out of the oven and the filling had a weird, almost eggy texture. When we ate the leftovers, they were much better. The filling was creamy and smooth, and the flavors had blended nicely. Thank you for a great recipe. Pretty easy, too. I think I'll make it for Christmas morning.

we love this recipe. I have adjusted it to fit our tastes- increased butter to 1 cup, and before sprinkling cake mix over apples, I sprinkle apples with about 1-2tbls. lemon juice(this makes the apples slightly tart- minimizes some of the sweetness)and also about 1 tsp. cinnamon. Then top off with cake mix and melted butter. I make this often for pot lucks and never have any left over. Hope this helps for those of you who are concerned about the sweetness.

This one is a keeper! I make it every thanksgiving instead of the whole turkey-it turns out beautifully everytime, and I always get rave reviews! very pretty presentation, too! A little bit of work, but not too time consuming.

I thought this was a great recipe and can easily be adjusted to fit your liking. I did not have buttermilk, so I used regular milk. I also went ahead and added 1/3c. applesauce, some shredded carrots, raisins, and walnuts. The texture was wonderful- very easy recipe and I really liked the fact that there is not too much sugar- just enough to make it a slightly sweet, still healthy treat!

This is undoubtedly the best pancake recipe I have ever tried! These would be wonderful even without the chocolate chips. I did substitute maple syrup for the honey since I didn't have enough honey on hand. Surprisingly, the sryup was not at all too sweet- just enough with a touch of cinnamon and very buttery. Made this for my daughters 7 friends- and ended up making an extra batch- they all loved them! I will be using this recipe over and over. Try them with the sryup- you won't be disapointed! thank you for a wonderful and easy recipe!!
