Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Very easy to make but it was too sweet for my family. Even my 4 yr old didn't care for it. Looked great but I won't make it again.

Banana Banana Bread
Turned out delicious and was quick to make. I only had about a cup of mashed banana. I added about a cup of shredded carrot just to try it and chocolate chips. Tastes great. Mine cooked up in about 40 minutes.

Spinach Quiche with Kid Appeal
Took this to a morning meeting and it got good feedback. I used 3/4 tsp thyme and it was plenty. I HATE it when recipes say salt to taste...I added a heaping tsp and it was a bit much. Probably a level tsp would be good. I prepared this the night before and it cooked well the morning of.
