Pasta Bake
Well, what can I say? I made the recipe to the letter - ok, I added two cloves of garlic - and when I tasted it, I thought it was somewhat bland - but my husband raved! and then he raved some more. Then he raved again just in case I didn't get it before. He liked the flavor (I used chopped tomato and olive oil spaghetti sauce.) He liked it wasn't too cheesy. He liked it a whole bunch and he likes my cooking, but I've never heard him go on like this. So it gets five stars from me.

Fisherman's Quick Fish
I don't know why people are disappointed with this recipe. I don't like sharp cheddar so I used a Parmesan Cheese blend with the potato chips. I put them in the food chopper and pulsed them together before spreading it over tilapia. Put it in the oven, made some rice and carrots. I tasted it and thought it was good but when my husband said it had a nice flavor and it was really good, I knew it was a winner for sure. The fish was moist and flavorful. The chips gave it a nice crunch and flavor. Very nice dish. I will make it again.

All American Roast Beef
Made this last night and I must say it was good. I added a LOT of garlic by placing 1/2 glove under each of the strings and even more on the inside. Made a rub with steak seasoning and pepper. My husband said the garlic was strong, but since he said it as he was going for seconds, I didn't take that as too much of a complaint. Also, cooked it a bit longer than suggested because we like medium well/well rather than medium. Nice job! Thanks for sharing it.
