Bourbon Pecan Chicken
The chicken with pecans was fine, though I had trouble with the pecans not wanting to stick to the chicken and also burning. I ended up baking the chicken to get it fully cooked but not burnt. The sauce was overpowering and my boyfriend, a fan of bourbon when drinking, did not like the bourbon being in the sauce. This was also an incredibly messy dish. I will not be making it again.
