Cheddar Biscuit Cups

I didn't have self-rising flour on me, so I substituted with all-purpose and salt and baking soda (didn't have baking powder). Apparently, that doesn't work b/c it was terrible. I'm going to give this recipe another try w/ either baking powder instead of the baking soda, or with self-rising flour. But for any of you out there thinking of using baking soda instead of the baking powder -- DONT!

It was an okay recipe. I have to be fair though, I didn't use Cheddar cheese for this, I used mozzarella, so I think that might've biased my review. Nonetheless, I don't think I'd give this recipe another go.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

If I could rate this recipe for more than five stars, I would. This recipe is classy, elegant, and delicious. On top of all that, it's so easy to make. You would definitely impress guests with this one, just like I did. I made this exactly as the recipe stated, w/ the exception of leaving it in the oven for about 25 minutes instead of 20 (by mistake actually), but it still turned out to be scrumptious. Do not for a second hesitate to try this out. Thank you for this recipe!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Oh. My. God! This is beyond amazing!! It was by far the best roasted chicken I have ever eaten, and I can't believe I made it!! I didn't have celery on me, so I quartered an onion, and stuffed it inside. I used olive oil instead of margarine/butter as a more healthy choice, and it was superb. DEFINITELY making this again. I still can't believe how juicy this chicken was. And the best thing of all, it was SO easy to make. Believe me, if you haven't made this chicken yet, PLEASE DO!! :) Thanks for this great recipe.

Loved this! I didn't measure the quantities exactly, but it turned out great. I think I might've increased the lemon juice and honey, probably about double the amount. Definitely would make this again! :)

Oh my goodness! This is by far the best asparagus I've ever eaten. I didn't have any sesame oil on me, so I only used olive oil, and it turned out perfecto! Loved it!

This is THE pancake recipe! I've tried this dozens of time, everytime w/ success. I added a tsp of vanilla to the dry ingredients. Don't hesitate to give this a try!

I don't know, I didn't find it that tasty. I added some lemon juice after serving in the plates, and it helped boost the flavour a little, but I wouldn't make this again!

Homemade Chicken Fettuccine

Tasty! I'd definitely make this again. I even left out the parmesan cheese b/c I was too lazy to grate any, but still it was delicious! I also took people's opinion and cooked some chopped onions w/ the mushroom and chicken at first. Didn't regret it :)

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Awesome. Period. This is THE gingerbread cookie recipe. The only mistake I made was that I made my cookies way too big! But they tasted great nevertheless. I also substituted white sugar w/ Splenda (granulated kind). You would've never guessed it's anything but regular sugar. Loved the recipe. I will definitely be making this again (only w/ smaller cookies next time) :)
