Cool Whipped Frosting

This recipe was good overall, but I wonder if it could somehow work with regular pudding. The instant pudding leaves a almost metallic taste to the frosting...I'm just not a fan of instant pudding in any fashion. I liked the lightness of the frosting, but will experiment with puddings and fresh whipped cream.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Can you believe my children actually request this soup??? It is really a simply delicious dish. Easy to modify with what you have on hand and an excellent way to get veggies into the kids!

Fry Bread Tacos II

I only used the fry bread portion of this recipe and it is so delicious!!!!! I've been making fry bread for years and accidently came upon this recipe and thought I'd give it a try...WOW! The fry bread is so tender and tasty. My family loved them and it has now replaced my old stand-by. Thanks for the recipe!

Kugel

Amazing! This was not only my first attempt at making a kugel, it was the first time EVER I actually liked a kugel! Most kugels are so sweet it's like eating cookie dough. This recipe is just ever so slightly sweet and way creamy and just simply good! It was the dish with the most raves at our Hanukkah party. YUM!!!

Peppy's Pita Bread

I don't think we will ever buy pita bread at the store again! The kids LOVED to watch them bake and eat them up. The second time we made this I did not roll the dough as thin as the recipe suggested and liked them much better. Enjoy!

This was sooooo good. For all of you who like it spicy, add spice...for the rest of us it is amazing!!!! I did not have the ancho chili powder so used regular and it seemed to do the trick. YUM!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
