I used to cook a lot with my mom when i was younger... loved it....but i haven't had very much time to cook as i got older...now that I'm settled... i love it... sometimes i can't wait to get home from a long day and make a nice meal.... it kind of gives me time by myself to relax..
My favorite things to cook
Anything that tastes good. I love casseroles and "comfort" foods. I also love my pressure cooker. I really don't like baking.....But i will "cook" anything... Bring it on...

Nothing specific, but i've been told that I'm "getting pretty good"...... I never thought I'd hear that!!!!!
