I'm a sports nut who likes to cook & hates to clean. I've worked as a cook for a while a long time ago, now I do it for friends, fam, whoever, as long as they'll do the dishes.

Flamethrower Chili. My own blend of ingredients that changes each time I make it. I really enjoy throwing a healthy touch to other recipes and can generally find a way to make anything fit my diet.

I tried to make lasagna during finals and fell asleep w/ it in the oven for a few hours. I woke up to a smoke alarm and a ruined dinner.

Tangy Broccoli
AWESOME. Love the tangy zip on this. I will try again w/ a lower fat cheese to see if I can remove some calories/fat from it, but other than that delicious way to eat the broc.

Slow Cooker Tamale Pie
Too bland. Theres too much breading as well. Need more meat and beans and a lot more seasoning as well as more pepppers to offset the amount of breading. I also think it might be better to just mix it in and let it form more like a casserole rathern than just cooking accross the top.
