Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Another highly-rated and reviewed allrecipes.com recipe that didn't disappoint! The fish was mild and flaky and the topping added a nice flavor. I used Old Bay to season the filets and then added about 1/4 cups of panko breadcrumbs to the topping to give it a little more body. Yum!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Great! I followed the recipe exactly this time. I wonder if there is any way to "hold" them for a party so they maintain crispiness?
