Cajun Wild Rice
This recipe is SOOO delicious! Just the right amount of flavor and spice. This is one I will definitely be making again and again!

Barley Primavera
While I love cooking with barley, I did not enjoy this recipe. The flavor just did not appeal to me. My boyfriend enjoyed it...just not for me I guess.

Barley Mushroom Risotto
Excellent dish...probably my favorite barley recipe so far. Great taste and very filling. I will be making this one often!!
