I often have random obsessions, and cooking is currently among my favorite hobbies at the moment. I also love musicals, writing, and making websites. Desserts: cupcakes, brownies, fudge, candy, pie, pound cakes, and anything else chocolatey and delicious. I have also recently discovered the wonder of creating bread. On every Christmas eve, we lay out a shmorgus board of all sorts of snacks. It's delicious! I made my first loaf of bread last week. It was supposed to sourdough, but turned out like a delicious white bread. Oh well! A few years ago I attempted to make homemade cream cheese brownies. The first try, I used peppermint extract instead of vanilla. The second time, I didn't use self rising flour, and my brownies turned out like flat, crunchy cookies.
