Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
Followed the recipe to a T! It was absolutely perfect. I loved the toppings of sour cream (I have even tried shredded cheese and croutons with it.) YUM!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
This recipe was great! Simple and easy. I added more vegetables like zucchini, green beans and some turnip. I also don't have a slow cooker so I simmered it in a pot on the stove for a couple hours.

Meaty Thick Man Chili
This is my favourite recipe. Though I did make changes.. I seared beef stewing cubes and simmered it for up to 2 hours in beef broth until it was really tender. I then follwed the recipe and added the beef cubes and cooked it all together. I used a can of tomato puree and another of diced tomatoes. It was fantastic!
