Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Super yummy and easy. I added fresh mushrooms to the sauce and served it with mashed potatoes. I did not have lemon pepper seasoning so I used about a 1/4 tsp of pepper and about a tablespoon of lemon juice when I sauteed the chops. Really a great and quick way to make a yummy dinner.

French Bread

Really a great recipe. It made 2 large loaves. I took a couple people's suggestions and 1. mixed teh ingredients and let sit int eh kitchen aid for 10 minutes before adding the salt then mixed for another 5. 2. I used only egg white on the top of the loaves. 3. I didn't use cornmeal. **4. During baking about every 5 minutes I sprayed water into the oven for a perfectly wonderfully crunchy crust!!

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Super great recipe! I make it all the time and people always ask me for the recipe. It is great warm with ice cream, room temp or even right out of the fridge. I have also made it a few time with low fat ingredients and bread, works great every time! I have never made the vanilla sauce though, so it make it not too sweet.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

This is now a staple in my house! They are really yummy for a low fat muffin. Perfect for a breakfast muffin, not too sweet, heavy or too many calories. I have made them adding raspberries for a mixed berry and sometimes I make them with banana and walnuts instead of berries LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe!

Irish Soda Farls

I just returned from Ireland, and these are so close to the real thing! The recipe instructions say to mix the salt with the flour, but the ingredients do not list salt. I added only a tiny bit. Also, I covered the skillet because the center didn't seem to be cooking, and that fixed the problem. YUMMY recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

According to my friend that worked at cinnabon, the key is to add a little lemon juice to the frosting. She said use as much lemon juice as you do vanilla in your frosting. Great recipe. I'll us it for years to come. I made it on christmas even and put it in a pan in the fridge overnight for christmas morning.

Great Recipe for a dip for parties and for using up all that basil I grew this summer! It is about the consistency of hummus so you might be able to add some chick peas in place of some of the bread crumbs.

Chocolate Decadence Yule Log

Perfect ratios and the directions are great. I have made other yule logs in the past, but this is the recipe I will use from now on. I made 2 smaller "logs" so the cooking time was shorter, but if you follow the directions, it will roll perfectly. Also because I did the two smaller logs I had to make more frosting...not that I minded licking the beaters :)

It did require a lot more sugar than I anticiated, but it turned out well, just keep addind sugar. Perfect for cinnamon rolls. I also added a touch of vanilla.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

I didn't have time to marinate for probably more than and hour or two, but it still turned out great. I did the pork chops on the grill and tehy were a hit! I also used Sugar Free syrup and it worked great.

Pretty good. It is true this mix could be used for muffins, bread or cake. I did it in a 13x9 with cream cheese frosting. I;ll make it again for sure.
