Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

It was only okay. I thought the taste of the sourcream was over powering, I would rather taste more cheese than sourcream. I will keep looking for a better tasting hashbrown casserole.

Leftover Chicken a la King

I used leftovers from a rotisserie chicken, this tasted awesome! I served it over biscuits. I did add a little extra cornstarch just to make sure it thickened up well.

This is the best bean soup I have ever made! The only thing I did was to add an addition 2 cans of beans because it was hard to find the beans when I stirred it. I did that an hour or so before serving. It was a bit salty so next time I would use low sodium broths.
