I am a full time student who enjoys cooking! couscous, pasta salad, herbed chicken, roasted onions I am Polish, so Christmas Eve ( Wigilia) is basically the women preparing the food all day and at the end of the day we get to eat it and, oh, it is so good! Omlettes- they are the first thing I learned to make by myself when I was 11!! I once tried making biscuits , and I dont know what I did wrong, but the batter tasted funky and they turned out rock hard.
