My favorite family cooking traditions

Used to large family meals but today that has gone by the wayside. Try to hold on to some traditions, even if only holidays and summer picnics.

Pasta salad, spinach fritatta and eggplant parma.

RICE. Always sticky. Can't seem to get it to fluff like restaurants do.?

Pork Tenderloin with a Honey Grape Sauce

I tried this recently and when I browned the pork roast, added sesame seed and sm. amt of asian 5 spice. It was wonderful. Thanks
