Peruvian Cilantro Rice
it was a little bland as is, but with some chili garlic sauce was pretty good. The cilantro was a little gritty, so next time I would make sure it was throughly pureed.

Chicken Avocado Pizza
Great pizza. Diced 3 cloves of garlic into the sauce, and used a pizza crust with cheese and herbs already in dough. Fantastic.
