Garlic Green Beans
Pretty yummy, and super garlicky! I multipled this recipe by 4 to make enough for TWENTY (20) servings for Christmas dinner. I used 2 kg of frozen French green beans, and about 4 whole heads of garlic (I chopped 5, but about 4 was definitely enough, and my family is no stranger to garlic!). I also cut down on the olive oil, and used only 1/2 a cup instead of 3/4. Really simple, really easy, really delicious. I'll definitely make it again for myself (in much smaller portions!) Thanks!

Orange Sugar Cookies
Although I received several compliments for these at a cookie exchange, I felt they were very bland. :( They puffed up alot with baking and were very airy, even after the dough was rolled out to 1/4 inch thickness. Next time I will double the orange zest, maybe substitute half of the shortening for butter, and roll out the dough as thin as possible! Icing was definitely a good addition to these. :)

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
Although this recipe is incredibly simple, and easy to make, it was so good... it's like comfort food, I was really surprised at how delicious just a few ingredients can be! I will definitely be making it again, and probably try some different variations in terms of the vegetables! Thanks :)
