Cajun Chicken Pasta
This was extremely quick and easy! I made a couple of changes to fit what I had on hand - light sour cream instead of the heavy cream and fajita seasoning instead of cajun seasoning. My husband said it was like eating a fajita over pasta! I will definitely be making this again.

Sparkling Holiday Jam
I made jars of this for Christmas presents this past year, and everyone loved them! They looked great and were relatively easy to make.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was the best pot pie I have ever had! I loved that it didn't use any canned soup, but it was still easy to make. We had surprise company for dinner, and they thought I had spent forever making it! This will definitely become a dish I make regularly during the fall/winter months!
